Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and effectively cross-sell appropriate bank products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Process new account openings, loan applications, and other banking paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Adhere to all operational procedures and security protocols to safeguard customer assets and bank property.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance overall customer experience.
- Educate customers on digital banking solutions and self-service options.
