Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Downtown, Kapolei. In this pivotal support role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The Administrative Assistant will serve as the backbone of our local operations, providing comprehensive administrative support to various team members, including senior management, and contributing significantly to a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members.
 - Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
 - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
 - Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
 - Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reports.
 - Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure office equipment is maintained.
 - Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them appropriately.
 - Assist with special projects and events as needed, ensuring timely execution.
 - Facilitate effective communication channels within the team and with external partners.
 - Process invoices, track budgets, and handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
 
Required Skills
