Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries across various channels, including phone and in-person.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding Westpac's banking products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with account openings, transactions, online banking support, and issue resolution.
- Identify customer needs and proactively offer suitable banking solutions or refer to specialist teams when necessary.
- Process customer transactions, update account information, and maintain meticulous records in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to all banking regulations, compliance requirements, and internal company policies.
- Educate customers on available self-service options and digital banking tools to enhance their banking experience.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, escalating complex issues to management for timely resolution.
