Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Assist customers with product information, service activation, billing inquiries, technical support, and general account management.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and suggest appropriate Emtel products and services.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Continuously update knowledge on Emtel's products, services, and promotions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (Creole is a plus).
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to start immediately.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or retail environment.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
