Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for individual and business clients.
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans covering investments, retirement, insurance, and estate planning.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
  • Monitor client portfolios and financial situations, providing timely adjustments and recommendations.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies (e.g., SEC, FINRA, state regulations).

  • Educate clients on financial products, market trends, and economic factors impacting their financial health.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation or ability to obtain within 12 months.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63 and 65) licenses.
  • State Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Insurance licenses.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High degree of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications
