Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, cheque cashing, and payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with banking product information.
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain meticulous records of all transactions.
- Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking products, services, or specialists.
- Adhere strictly to all banking procedures, compliance regulations, and security protocols.
- Assist customers with self-service banking options and promote digital banking solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the branch adheres to professional standards.
