Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload various cargo, equipment, and supplies, following strict company and regulatory procedures.
- Operate and maintain ground support equipment (GSE) after receiving comprehensive training, ensuring all pre-operational checks are completed.
- Perform general maintenance and cleanliness tasks for ground equipment and operational areas.
- Assist in the coordination of logistical movements and ensuring timely and accurate handling of materials.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Conduct visual inspections of operational areas and equipment, reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Support inventory management and tracking of supplies as required by operational demands.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all established procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- High level of reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a physically demanding role or a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with operating machinery.
