Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training programs to develop expertise in credit analysis and risk assessment.
- Evaluate credit applications for individuals and small to medium-sized businesses.
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to determine creditworthiness.
- Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with loan applications.
- Prepare detailed credit proposals and recommendations for approval.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary financial information and clarify inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor existing credit portfolios and identify potential issues or opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
