Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured rotations across various engineering departments (e.g., Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, Civil, etc.) to gain broad exposure.
- Contribute to the design, analysis, and optimization of operational processes and equipment.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct data analysis, generate reports, and present findings to senior engineers and project managers.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engage in safety audits and risk assessments, promoting a strong safety culture.
- Learn and apply industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mining, Chemical, Process, or related field) obtained within the last 2 years.
- Strong academic record demonstrating aptitude for complex problem-solving.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in engineering software relevant to your discipline (e.g., CAD, simulation tools).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
