Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured rotations across various engineering departments (e.g., Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, Civil, etc.) to gain broad exposure.
  • Contribute to the design, analysis, and optimization of operational processes and equipment.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct data analysis, generate reports, and present findings to senior engineers and project managers.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mining, Chemical, Process, or related field) obtained within the last 2 years.
  • Strong academic record demonstrating aptitude for complex problem-solving.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
