Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all safety briefings and adhere strictly to all site safety policies and procedures.
- Operate various hand tools and perform manual labor tasks as required to support mining operations.
- Assist experienced miners and operators with equipment maintenance, preparation, and operation (under supervision).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards.
- Report any safety hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions promptly to supervisors.
- Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work culture.
- Undertake all necessary training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Follow instructions diligently from supervisors and senior team members.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
Required Skills
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all operational procedures.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Excellent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.

- Basic communication skills (verbal and written) in English.

- Valid C-class driver's license (manual transmission preferred).
