Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the Augusta metropolitan area, focusing on B2B clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and propose suitable Vodafone Global Enterprise solutions.
- Present compelling and persuasive product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new Vodafone products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, technical support, and marketing, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client information using CRM tools.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and regional events as required.
