Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line and second-line remote technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems for employees across various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications.
  • Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with users.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, including setting up new accounts, configuring devices, and providing initial training.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guides.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of company data and systems by adhering to IT policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., network, systems, security) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Proactively identify and address potential IT issues to minimize disruption and improve system reliability.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and common enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Strong understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
  • Experience with remote diagnostic tools and helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear and empathetic user support.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
