Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex BT projects, ensuring adherence to defined scope, stringent budget controls, and critical timeline requirements while maintaining high-quality outputs.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed scope definition, measurable objectives, efficient resource allocation, communication strategies, and robust risk management frameworks.
- Coordinate and oversee cross-functional project teams, comprising technical specialists, engineers, and external vendors, providing clear guidance, consistent support, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Communicate regularly and transparently with all internal and external stakeholders, providing clear, concise updates on project progress, escalating potential challenges, and presenting viable resolutions.
- Proactively identify, meticulously track, and effectively mitigate project risks and emerging issues, developing and implementing contingency plans to ensure project continuity and success.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes, negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of services, equipment, and materials in line with project requirements.
- Conduct thorough post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to objectively evaluate project success against benchmarks, identify areas for improvement, and document best practices for future initiatives.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with all relevant company policies, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and health and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in project management within the telecommunications or IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMP).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.
