Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized HR files.
- Assist with the full employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, new hire paperwork, and benefits enrollment administration.
- Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
- Support HR programs and initiatives such as performance management, employee recognition, and training and development programs.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and other departmental documents.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Coordinate logistics for HR-related events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
- Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), preferably Workday or SAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
