Key Responsibilities

  • Execute precision assembly of components and sub-assemblies according to detailed engineering specifications, blueprints, and standardized work instructions.
  • Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
  • Perform thorough quality checks and visual inspections on all assembled parts and finished products to ensure strict adherence to Rolls-Royce's stringent quality standards.
  • Strictly follow all established safety protocols, procedures, and company guidelines to maintain a secure and compliant working environment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation, actively adhering to 5S principles for optimal productivity and safety.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to optimize production flow, troubleshoot issues, and achieve collective goals.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving basic assembly issues or discrepancies, escalating complex problems to senior technicians or supervisors as needed.
  • Document assembly processes, completed tasks, and any identified deviations or defects accurately and promptly.

Required Skills

  • Proven manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination for precision work.
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Demonstrated basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of assembly principles.
