Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements.

  • Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation with precision.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing workstations and necessary documentation.
  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and venue arrangements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional and courteous assistance.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, requiring research, data compilation, and presentation development.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and proprietary data.
  • Collaborate effectively with other administrative staff and departmental teams to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional office environment.
