Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Project Manager for an immediate start to lead critical initiatives within our operations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with Rolls-Royce's strategic objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, developing comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, identifying potential deviations and implementing corrective actions proactively.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication channels and managing expectations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to minimize impact on project success.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure adherence to Rolls-Royce quality standards, safety regulations, and project management best practices.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, performance metrics, and post-project analyses to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools across the organization.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace/defense environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana)
- Demonstrated financial acumen and experience managing project budgets
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory

- Master’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a relevant technical discipline
- Experience with large-scale international projects or programs
