Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and validate electrical systems and components for various applications, strictly adhering to Rolls-Royce engineering standards and specifications.
  • Conduct detailed electrical analysis, sophisticated simulations (e.g., circuit analysis, power flow, thermal management), and thorough fault investigations.
  • Develop and implement robust control algorithms and embedded software solutions for complex electrical systems.
  • Perform comprehensive testing, rigorous verification, and stringent validation of electrical hardware and software, ensuring compliance with all performance and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams, external suppliers, and key customers throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Generate comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, detailed test procedures, and precise design specifications.
  • Actively participate in critical design reviews, providing expert technical input and ensuring ultimate design robustness and reliability.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in electrical system design, development, and integration.
