Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing them appropriately.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring data accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda development, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and managing vendor relationships.
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned by management, contributing to overall team success.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving aptitude and proactive approach to daily tasks.
