As a Stock Replenisher, you will be a vital part of our operational success, directly contributing to the shopping experience of our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our shelves are consistently stocked with a wide array of fresh and high-quality products, allowing customers to easily find what they need. You will be responsible for receiving deliveries, checking inventory against orders, and transporting products from the stockroom to the sales floor. Precision is key, as you will be expected to correctly merchandise items according to planograms, ensuring products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible. A significant part of your role will involve adhering to health and safety regulations, particularly concerning handling fresh and chilled goods, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will also play a role in identifying damaged or expired products, ensuring only the best quality reaches our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently replenish shelves and displays with new stock, following planograms and merchandising guidelines.
  • Receive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
  • Rotate stock to ensure products are fresh and reduce waste.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor.
  • Identify and report any damaged, expired, or missing products.
  • Assist customers with locating products and provide basic assistance when required.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Operate manual handling equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations.
