As a Unilever Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in executing sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring our brands maintain a strong presence on store shelves. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, store managers, and staff within the San Marco, Jacksonville territory.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand market share for Unilever brands.
- Ensure optimal product placement, merchandising, and promotional display execution in assigned retail outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits, inventory checks, and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Present new product launches and marketing initiatives to retail partners, securing maximum distribution and visibility.
- Collect and report on sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to relevant internal teams.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role, preferably within retail or consumer goods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a demanding schedule and territory effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
