Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to established procedures and specifications.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Document and report all test results accurately and promptly, maintaining detailed records.
- Identify and investigate quality deviations, non-conformances, and potential quality issues, collaborating with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct visual inspections of production lines, packaging, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Monitor environmental conditions in production areas to ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Train production personnel on quality best practices and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and other relevant food safety and quality regulations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in laboratory testing techniques and equipment operation.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, specifications, and quality standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or a related scientific field.

- Certification in HACCP, GMP, or other quality assurance systems.
