Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Load and unload materials from production lines, ensuring proper material handling techniques.
- Perform routine quality checks on products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, product defects, or safety concerns promptly.
- Package finished goods, label them correctly, and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and schedules.
- Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting as needed.
- Accurately complete production logs, reports, and other required documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and recording data.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Commitment to working safely and adhering to all safety protocols.
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or similar quality systems.
- Experience operating basic machinery or production line equipment.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals or schematics.
