Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned executives and teams, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily retrievable in compliance with data protection policies.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, venue booking, catering arrangements, and preparing comprehensive meeting materials and agendas.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth office operations and cost efficiency.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, adhering to all company policies and ethical guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven administrative assistant or executive assistant experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced knowledge of scheduling and document formatting.
