Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
 - Provide comprehensive financial planning advice, including investment management, retirement planning, wealth transfer, and risk management.
 - Conduct thorough financial reviews and develop personalized financial strategies tailored to individual client profiles.
 - Monitor market trends and economic conditions to provide timely and relevant advice to clients.
 - Collaborate with internal product specialists and banking partners to deliver holistic financial solutions.
 - Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
 - Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow client portfolios through referrals and networking.
 - Educate clients on various financial products and services offered by HSBC.
 - Prepare and present financial plans and performance reports to clients.
 
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or a similar client-facing role within the financial services industry.
 - FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 65 and Series 63) licenses are required.
 - Life, Health, and Accident insurance licenses are required.
 - Proven track record of success in building and managing client relationships.
 - Strong understanding of investment products, insurance, and financial planning principles.
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
 - High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation or equivalent advanced certification.
 - Master's degree in Finance or an MBA.
 - Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex financial planning scenarios.
 - Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, to cater to a diverse client base in Florida.
