Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operational tasks with precision, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and data.
  • Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Develop and implement solutions to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards, providing insights into operational performance, trends, and key metrics.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including IT, Compliance, and Front Office, to resolve issues and implement new initiatives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in project work related to system enhancements, new product launches, and process re-engineering.
  • Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies, reconciling data and ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational documentation, procedures, and training materials.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations or analytical role within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.
