Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

 - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format for stakeholders.
 - Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and technology teams to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
 - Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of business initiatives.
 - Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimize processes, improve product offerings, and enhance client experiences.
 - Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and best practices.
 - Stay abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in data analytics and financial services.
 
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
 - Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
 - Strong experience with statistical analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
 - Demonstrated ability to create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
 - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
 - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
 - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
 - Experience working within the financial services industry, particularly with banking or wealth management data.
