Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers to understand their communication needs and recommend suitable Vodacom products and services (e.g., mobile plans, data packages, devices, business solutions).
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new subscriptions, upgrades, and value-added services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Vodacom offerings.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all Vodacom products, services, promotions, and competitive landscape.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including activations, recharges, and contract modifications.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive and high-performing sales environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the telecommunications, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential, given the location.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
