Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in New Castle, Delaware. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and departmental teams, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines, and tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including scheduling, venue booking, catering, and material preparation.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and managing office supplies inventory.
  • Process invoices, track departmental budgets, and handle procurement requests as needed.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
