This critical role will contribute to the efficiency and optimization of our operational processes by providing insightful data analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex operational data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for optimization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize operational performance and support management decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights into operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational deviations and propose corrective actions to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Support the preparation of operational forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across various reporting systems and databases.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an operations analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data and insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
