Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including logistics, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Process purchase orders, track shipments, and proactively resolve any supply chain discrepancies or issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and deliveries using relevant enterprise resource planning (ERP) and supply chain software systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to supply chain performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards throughout the entire supply chain.
  • Support negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable terms, maintain high-quality service, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
