Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytical activities, adhering to BP's data governance policies.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and new methodologies in data analytics and the energy sector.
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and special projects, providing timely and accurate insights to inform critical decisions.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL for advanced data extraction, manipulation, and database querying.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView to create impactful dashboards and reports.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and experimental design.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis, scripting, and statistical computing.
