Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, define metrics, and present analytical findings.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Support strategic planning initiatives by providing forecasting models and impact assessments.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analysis activities.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operations analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VBA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of operational processes and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with SQL or other database query languages.
- Prior experience in the energy, oil & gas, or a similar industrial sector.
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP).
