Job Description
Elbit Systems is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team in Haifa. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive and departmental calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain an organized and efficient filing system, both digital and physical, for important documents and records.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Assist with office supply management, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Facilitate smooth communication flow within the team and across departments.
- Support new employee onboarding by assisting with necessary administrative tasks.
- Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or in a similar administrative role (at least 2 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
