Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and format various documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence with high accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the office is well-stocked and functional.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring all records are accessible and compliant with company policies.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phones, routing calls, and managing email correspondence.
  • Coordinate and prepare for internal and external meetings, including setting up conference rooms, arranging catering, and distributing materials.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing workstations and coordinating initial administrative tasks.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
