Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and various departments, including scheduling, correspondence, and report generation.
  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and preparing detailed travel packs.
  • Process expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital) for important documents, records, and communications.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel and responding to routine requests independently.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors to ensure continuous availability.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing workstations and necessary documentation.
  • Facilitate effective communication flow within the team and across departments, acting as a central point of contact.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role in a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and articulate demeanor.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
