Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize industrial processes to maximize efficiency, safety, and product quality.
  • Conduct thorough process simulations, modeling, and data analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement process control strategies and participate in HAZOP studies and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and R&D, to achieve project objectives.
  • Prepare detailed engineering reports, specifications, and P&IDs.
  • Ensure all process designs and operations comply with company standards, industry regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Provide technical support for new equipment installations, startups, and modifications.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and safety.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering within the oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II).
  • Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and mass transfer principles.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry safety standards and environmental regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or actively working towards one.
  • Experience with advanced process control (APC) systems.
  • Project management experience in an industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of digital twins and advanced analytics in process optimization.
