Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex equipment malfunctions, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
  • Execute corrective maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize operational downtime.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs.
  • Calibrate and adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and company policies.
  • Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately.
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial setting.
  • Proven proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and basic instrumentation repair and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Strong understanding of industrial safety practices and procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Familiarity with process control systems (DCS, PLC) and industrial automation.
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines) and fixed equipment.
  • Prior experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy manufacturing industry.
