Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project execution from conception to completion, adhering to Shell's Project Management Framework (PMF).
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate and oversee engineering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates.
  • Manage change orders and ensure effective cost control.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical).
  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle from FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) to commissioning.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Solid understanding of HSSE standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or PMP certification.
  • Experience with advanced process technologies or renewable energy projects.
