Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in structured training modules, workshops, and development initiatives designed to enhance technical knowledge and professional soft skills.
- Engage in rotational assignments across various departments such as R&D, Engineering, Project Management, Sales, Operations, Finance, or Human Resources, to gain diverse business insights and cross-functional exposure.
- Contribute effectively to ongoing projects and initiatives, performing tasks as assigned and demonstrating proactive problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, senior colleagues, and external partners to achieve project milestones and departmental objectives.
- Conduct thorough research, analyze complex data, and prepare clear, concise reports or impactful presentations as required for project work and strategic decision-making.
- Actively seek and incorporate constructive feedback from mentors, supervisors, and peers to continually improve performance, refine skills, and expand capabilities.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (all disciplines), Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or a closely related field (recently graduated or graduating within the next 6 months).
- Strong academic record demonstrating intellectual curiosity, analytical capability, and a proven capacity for rapid learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as a valued member of a high-performing team.
