Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product management, UX designers, and other engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Participate in agile development processes, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews for peers, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize impact on users and systems.
- Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve development processes and product capabilities.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and ongoing support.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
