Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the marketing team in developing and executing various marketing campaigns across different channels (digital, print, social media, events).
  • Support the creation of engaging content, including social media posts, website updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.
  • Manage and update marketing databases and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling, reporting, and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, sales, communications) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor social media platforms and assist in responding to customer inquiries and comments.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for marketing strategies.

Required Skills

  • Strong passion for marketing and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (Creole a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
