Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value individual or commercial clients, fostering long-term relationships through exceptional service and proactive engagement.
- Act as the primary financial advisor, understanding clients' needs and recommending tailored banking, investment, lending, and wealth management solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and increasing market share within the Broadmoor, Colorado Springs region.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for clients, ensuring proposed solutions align with their risk tolerance, financial objectives, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal product specialists (e.g., investment advisors, mortgage specialists, commercial bankers) to deliver integrated financial services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, economic conditions, and Citigroup's product offerings to provide informed advice.
- Ensure strict adherence to all banking regulations, compliance policies, and ethical standards in all client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and present financial proposals, performance reviews, and market insights to clients.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex situations as needed.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, commercial banking, or wealth management.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) licenses required; must be obtained within 90 days of hire if not currently held.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire, develop, and retain high-net-worth client relationships.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment vehicles, lending solutions, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA, MS in Finance) or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA).
- Established network of potential clients in the Broadmoor, Colorado Springs area.
