Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding banking products, services, and accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Provide clear and concise information to customers, explaining policies, procedures, and financial options.
- Process customer requests accurately, including account inquiries, transaction disputes, and service changes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell appropriate banking products and services based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance guidelines and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously learn about new products, services, and system updates to provide informed support.
