Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of corporate clients, including cash flow projections, leverage ratios, and liquidity assessments.
  • Prepare detailed credit proposals and risk assessments for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor credit portfolios and identify potential risks or changes in credit quality, recommending appropriate actions.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to structure credit facilities and facilitate client transactions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes impacting credit risk.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal departments.
  • Participate in client meetings and present credit analysis findings.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of credit risk models and analytical tools.
  • Ensure all credit activities adhere to Morgan Stanley's risk appetite framework and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in credit analysis, corporate banking, or a related financial role.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial projections.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Solid written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
