Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to specific business objectives and market conditions.
- Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present complex data insights in an understandable and impactful format for stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, technology teams, and other analysts to understand data requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
- Support the development and implementation of advanced data models, predictive analytics, and analytical tools to improve operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot data issues, and implement corrective actions as needed, ensuring strict compliance with data governance policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare comprehensive analytical reports and presentations, communicating findings, insights, and data-driven recommendations clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices in data analysis, data visualization, business intelligence, and emerging financial technology trends.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of progressive professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a corporate or financial setting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Strong experience with industry-standard data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) to create compelling dashboards and reports.
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas, and data modeling.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data modeling principles.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
