Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and life events.
  • Proactively prospect and acquire new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments and develop customized financial plans, investment strategies, and wealth management solutions.
  • Present and explain complex financial concepts and products clearly and effectively to clients.
  • Monitor client portfolios, provide regular performance reviews, and make recommendations based on market conditions and client goals.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., estate planners, lending specialists) to provide integrated financial solutions.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory compliance standards and firm policies.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and new product offerings.
  • Participate in client events and local community activities to enhance visibility and build professional networks.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) licenses required.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to cultivate, nurture, and grow client relationships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen and a track record of achieving business development goals.
  • Deep understanding of investment products, financial planning principles, and market dynamics.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to client service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) designation or willingness to obtain.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a finance-related discipline.
  • Established book of business or strong network within the Northglenn/Denver metropolitan area.
  • Experience with financial planning software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
