Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including building and maintaining detailed financial models (e.g., DCF, LBO, merger models).
 - Perform valuation analyses utilizing various methodologies, such as comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and sum-of-the-parts.
 - Prepare high-quality presentation materials for client pitches, internal deal discussions, and senior management reviews.
 - Assist in all phases of the due diligence process for M&A transactions, capital raises, and other advisory assignments.
 - Conduct thorough industry and company-specific research, identifying key market trends, competitive landscapes, and strategic opportunities.
 - Support senior bankers in all aspects of deal execution, from initial origination efforts to final closing.
 - Collaborate effectively with internal teams across M&A, ECM, DCM, and various sector coverage groups.
 - Contribute to ongoing market analysis and provide insights into current financial trends and economic indicators.
 - Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory guidelines, compliance standards, and internal risk management policies.
 - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and contribute positively to team culture.
 
Required Skills
- Strong academic record, preferably with a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
 - Exceptional quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
 - Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
 - Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
