Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing comprehensive financial guidance and solutions.
 - Proactively identify customer financial needs and offer appropriate Wells Fargo products and services.
 - Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
 - Process complex banking transactions, open new accounts, and assist with loan applications.
 - Educate customers on digital banking tools and resources, promoting self-service options.
 - Collaborate with other Wells Fargo specialists to ensure a holistic approach to customer financial planning.
 - Adhere strictly to all compliance, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
 - Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.
 - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and financial expertise.
 - Contribute to branch growth by meeting or exceeding sales and service goals.
 
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing financial services role.
 - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
 - Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial concepts.
 - Proficiency in using banking software and standard office applications (MS Office Suite).
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and attention to detail.
 - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - Experience with investment products or services (e.g., Series 6/7/63/65 licensure is a plus, but not required for initial hire).
 - Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, to serve our diverse customer base.
