Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
 - Develop and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
 - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, preparing detailed reports for management review.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and customer service, to resolve operational issues and support new initiatives.
 - Participate in the development and maintenance of operational procedures and documentation.
 - Conduct root cause analysis for operational discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
 - Assist in testing and implementing new systems or system enhancements related to operational processes.
 - Ensure all operations adhere to internal controls, risk management frameworks, and external regulatory standards.
 - Provide support for various operational projects and initiatives as needed.
 
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
 - 2+ years of experience in an operations, analytics, or financial services role.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) and other analytical tools.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
 - Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
 - Understanding of financial products, services, and operational processes.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, CFA).
 - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
 - Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
 - Experience with SQL or other database querying languages.
 - Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
